Health: Introducing The “PB&K” Smoothie

Peanut Butter Cups
Peanut Butter CupsPB Cups:
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup coco powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
Melt coconut oil in microwave for 30 seconds.  Mix melted coconut oil with coco powder and coconut sugar.  Pour into ice cube tray, filling each cube 1/2 way. Using a tbsp., drop a dollop of peanut butter into each cube.  Freeze for 1 hour, enjoy as desired.

2 cups of unsweetened vanilla protein
1 scoop Chocolate Protein
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp organic coco powder
Topping: cacao nibs and organic peanuts

Add the vanilla protein, chocolate protein, peanut butter, chia seeds, and coco powder into the blender and mix.  Pour into glass and top with cacao nibs, organic peanuts, and a neon pink straw!
