Ugh. It’s Monday, again.  I’ve gathered up all my favorite ammunition tools to get you through your Monday.

1. Coffee
I’ll happily admit that I’m a coffee snob.  My favorite coffee is not store-bought, but my own coffee I make at home using Bullet Proof Coffee Beans.  The beans have been alkalized, so the coffee is less acidic than most brands.  I used to be a coffee press whore, but I’ve gone back to my Japanese ways. I’m back on the drip drip (try this!).  People!  If you love coffee, this is the best way to make it at home.  It’s faster than a French press and tastes like your favorite barista in Europe made it- introducing Hario.

2. Journal
If you’re feeling like you need a break from the screen, go back to the classic: paper and pen.  Take a breather with LINK TO JOURNAL.  I find it’s helpful to write down what you want to accomplish that week; putting down your weekly goals in ink makes a world of difference.

3. Oils
Essential oils are great pick me ups.  Throw one in your bag or leave it in your car.  A little sniff before a meeting or dab some on your wrists. Orange, Lemon and Valor are my favorites!

4. Donuts
If you love donuts, but not the calories, try the Chaga donuts.  These are actually healthy.  Hi ones from Moon Juice.

5. Jeans + Slipper
If you can wear jeans, a t-shirt and slippers to work, do!  If not, make sure they’re waiting for you to slip into when you walk in the door.  Here are the coziest of cozies!
